Alveriqo S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789412-4, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1174, floor 7, City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, is the controller of the personal data collected through alveriqo.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form (name and email address) and anonymised browsing data (truncated IP address, device type, pages visited).
3. Purposes
We use your data to send you communications about the Argentine real estate market, project updates, educational content and news from Alveriqo. Anonymised data is used to measure service quality and improve the site.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, in the terms of Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and its regulatory decree 1558/2001.
5. Retention
Data is retained while your subscription remains active and up to a maximum period of five years after unsubscription, unless legal obligations require extended retention.
